You can mail a check or money order as payment made out to All Eyes on Fishing, sent to 5277 Fox Meadow Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80130.
WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED YOU PAY BELOW ELECTRONICALLY.
Your entry fee includes the use of the Fishdonkey app for your smart phone. All teams MUST fill out an entry form for each tournament or for the entire series.
Colorado Walleye Trail will use the Catch/Photo/Video/Release format. All teams will be emailed a 5 digit PIN number after payment has been received and before the next event. All teams will provide three photos and one short release video of fish they have occupying spots on their score sheet. The first photo will be the "trophy" photo where the fish is being held in front of one of the team members. The second photo will be of the fish on the bump board with the score sheet clearly visible next to the bump board. The fishes mouth will be closed and the tail will be pinched. The release video will begin as soon as the measuring photo is complete and the fish will be visible on the bump board. The fish will be removed from the board and the video will clearly show it being released into the water. The team will write down the length of the fish on their score sheet and the time of the catch and a final picture of the participant holding the score sheet in front of their person will be taken. The three photos and one video will be sent by text to the number provided where a member of the CWT Staff will review the catch. If there is no cellular service, the pictures/video can be kept on the participants phone and be presented to CWT Staff at the end of the day. All photos and entries on the score sheet must match for that days catch to be valid.
